Clear, quick, and affordable. I called on Thursday and an appointment was made for the next day to fix my oven. I was told the fee for callout and labour was £75, and parts would be on top of that, depending on the problem. I was put in direct contact with the engineer so we could agree on a time which suited me. He checked for the problem, got the part from his van and fixed it then and there. All fixed within the hour (maybe even 30 mins?), and payment was taken by card.
I waited for such a long time to get the oven fixed but it turned out to be so simple without breaking the bank! Should’ve done it earlier! Have recommended NAC to a few colleagues.

The engineer made contact in advance of his visit to help me sort out my dogs. The repair was sorted in a very professional manner.

After my initial phone call an engineer was sent out to look at my Bosch oven Door that was faulty, I got a pre visit call with a time for an appointment, the engineer was polite, knowledgeable and quick to assess the problem, parts were ordered and I was contacted by NAC when they could be fitted, the same engineer came back to fit the parts, he was very punctual, quick and polite, we were very happy with the service we got from NAC. Thank you.
