Engineer arrived at the stated time and got the machine working quite quickly. The only criticism is that when I phoned, the receptionist told me that there was a slot the next day. However, they contacted me later that day to say that all slots for the following day had been taken and I would need to wait until after the weekend. Small complaint.

The man was super pleasant and couldnt be more helpful, he explained everything as he was going and my washing machine is now working to full capacity. He also arrived when he said he would and tidied up when he finished

Fantastic service – after getting negative response from other sources regarding the repair of our microwave the engineer Richard identified the problem within minutes made a running repair and organised a replacement part – we were contacted next day by phone with a quote for the replacement part and further confirmation that the part had been ordered – all with 2 days – such nice people too – really couldn’t have better service!!

Gentleman arrived on time,very polite,very efficient and helpful. Even went the extra mile and returned our springer spaniel who had taken the opportunity to slither up the road unknown to us.
