First time using NAC and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more hassle free experience. I called with my issue and was given a same day appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule this appointment which was no hassle at all and the 2nd visit went ahead. The engineer kept in regular contact with an ETA and was very helpful and informative. A repeat visit was needed due to a part being required. The process for paying for and arranging this 2nd visit was painless, just a couple of clicks and some details. The price for the fix was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees or charges, I felt very in control of what was going on despite my lack of knowledge when it comes to appliance repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC again and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for such a positive experience.
