To be honest my first visit was a bit disappointing, and I wasn’t convinced the engineer had really been thorough. But I ordered the suggested parts and when a different engineer turned up (Alex) he did an amazing job – 110% effort this time, left no stone unturned, diagnosing and fixing the actual problem that was missed first time round, and I couldn’t be happier with the service – thanks Alex! Excellent service. The engineer arrived promptly – phoning before hand to let me know when he was coming. he was efficient, professional, friendly and explained what was wrong with the appliance and what he was doing to rectify it, and that there is a 3 month guarantee.
The engineer came when he said he would, diagnosed the fault in my washing machine, and fixed it. Whats not to like.
