It was very easy to book an online next day appointment, in the evening. I received excellent communication the next morning from the booking staff and the engineer. My neighbour met the engineer for me as I was working and was very impressed by his communication prior to the visit and he was friendly, professional and helpful face to face. He advised her what the issue was, and also notified me in an email. Although I won’t proceed with a repair due to the complexity of it, I was given sound advice to hopefully help the fridge/freezer through Christmas until I can replace it. I also used this company 18 months ago and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Weren’t able to repair it but the repair man was timely, really helpful and did identify the fault but can’t repair due to manufacturer not sharing their programmed panels.

I was informed who was coming and what time , which helped and when he came . He checked my dryer and explained what part I needed and if I wish for him fix the problem , he would order the part and arrange a day and time for him to come out. I was happy for him sort the problem out . He called me back the next day and arranged a visit . He sorted the problem out . Great service .

Engineer arrived promptly for dishwasher repair and despite the fault code suggesting the wrong components, correctly diagnosed the cause. Returned at a later date to complete the repair. Very tidy worker. NAC is thoroughly recommended!

Easy and quick to book a repair. Appointment came within two days. Engineer turned up within allotted time scale.

Turned up on time and sorted problem

Prompt response to phone call ( a human answered it GREAT) Info taken and passed on to engineer, no fuss or bother.
Engineer phoned to arrange convenient time to visit and to confirm what the problem was.
Engineer Richard arrived, sorted the the problem and we are now up and running again, Richard is a good ambassador for your company.

The technician was on time and very pleasant he gave the dishwasher a full check out, he explained that a bit may be the problem but would work ok and if it did go wrong again that he had the serial numbers to get the part and it would be fixed under warranty. GOOD JOB WELL DONE 👍
