It was very easy to book an online next day appointment, in the evening. I received excellent communication the next morning from the booking staff and the engineer. My neighbour met the engineer for me as I was working and was very impressed by his communication prior to the visit and he was friendly, professional and helpful face to face. He advised her what the issue was, and also notified me in an email. Although I won’t proceed with a repair due to the complexity of it, I was given sound advice to hopefully help the fridge/freezer through Christmas until I can replace it. I also used this company 18 months ago and would not hesitate to recommend them.
