The engineer was excellent, down to earth, very approachable and friendly as well. Also it was really convenient being able to use my master card, because he carried a card machine. He would also have accepted cash, so the payment set up is excellent as well.
I realised I was working with a professional organisation who attended when they said they would, diagnosed where the fault was, ordered the parts and carried out the work. Will definitely use again

Good service and were able to sort out my oven repairs before Christmas which was helpful. Initial visit to assess the problem was very quick and less than a week later my parts had been ordered and my date for fixing the issue had been arranged. The electrician was on time and efficient and hopefully the issue has now been resolved,
The repairman wasn’t able to repair my cooker on the spot but he took care and time to work out the problem and left promising to see whether he can track down the spare parts which are needed for a repair. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and put everything back as he found it.
The guy that came and looked at my gas cooker very quickly diagnosed the problem ( thermostat broken ) and explained he could fix it but it would be expensive and would take several weeks for the part to arrive.
He recommended I bought a refurbished cooker , I was a little sceptical but he assured me that he could find the specific type I wanted .
He offered to send me a few photos of the possible ones he thought I’d like , so I agree.
1.5 hrs later he sent 4 photos, one of which was perfect.
He and a colleague brought it round the same evening and fitted it and took my old one out and arranged for it to be collected and scrapped the following day.
So I had a replacement cooker that is in excellent condition for only £25 that it would of cost to get my old one repaired.
I am very happy with the service and highly recommend NAC for all your cooker needs.

Arrived within the designated time slot and kept me notified of when he would arrive, had the part with him and the job was finished quickly and efficiently. Cooker put back and all rubbish disposed of. Would definitely recommend.

Engineer arrived on time and was polite ,he was not able to fix the washing machine , not cost effective.
