Dishwasher fixed, no issues at all. Was made aware of the time that our engineer was due to arrive and fixed the issue quickly. Was made aware of parts that were required and was able to pay while the engineer was round.
My AEG oven was tripping the circuit breaker. I was very happy how the issue was dealt with by NAC from the time of my call to making an appointment to getting direct phone access to the engineer. I had no trouble changing the appointment to next day directly with the engineer because I could not be home all day on the date of original appointment. On the day of appointment, the engineer kept me informed of his arrival time and resolved the issue with no hidden costs.
