The engineer contacted me quickly and arranged to come and visit the same day. He took time to assess the issue and go through the options available. On this occasion repair wasn’t possible as the part was obsolete, but he gave me some good advice on replacement options and what to look for in a new appliance. The engineer was helpful and polite and answered all my questions.

Extremely efficient, I phoned at 9.15 and the engineer was here by 11.30. The job was completed by Nicu who was friendly and professional and had the replacement part on his van so no waiting involved. Very satisfied although maybe more expensive than most.
