The engineer who carried out my repair was knowledgeable, professional and very smart in his appearance.
The engineer that repaired my cooker was excellent very easy going.,got on with the job , quite chatty,he was done before I knew it.tested all parts of the oven and replaced back in its unit.
It makes a change to report that a company had communications but this company kept me up to date with emails and texts. Then Chris was great. Polite, helpful, fixed the problem and gave sound advice.

Paul arrived after a none too easy journey here as my road was closed and the only was to my village was by a difficult diversion. He worked tirelessly and checked my machine thoroughly . My washing machine was leaking and the engineer came out the next day, he told me what was causing the problem and the new part was ordered the same day, the same engineer was Dan and he came back after a few days to install it and explained everything that he was doing which was very helpful. I would call this company again if i ever have any more problems, and would recommend them to family and friends.
