I found the whole procedure was excellent. From the booking of an engineer to the actual repair. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was thoroughly tested before handing back to me. Thank you, I will definitely use NAC next time I need an appliance repaired.

Really pleasant engineer who didn’t try and make the job any bigger than it was! Actually, he fixed our American style fridge it in about twenty seconds (motor was jammed) but it was reassuring to know that if had taken two days, the price would have been the same.
We’ve booked them to sort out our range cooker; quote’s the same; bet it takes them longer!!! Nice company to deal with.
