Rapid response to my issue. Engineer quickly identified
the problem and new part required. Sadly the manufacturer had a 4/5 week delay on the replacement part. I was quickly notified and the new part was fitted
as soon as it arrived by the same engineer. Overall a very good experience with NAC.
Engineer arrived earlier than expected and set to with the spare part which was fitted and tested within the hour. Excellent service. Would use again if required and can recommend to all.

The fault on my American style fridge freezer was identified quickly on Darren’s first visit and the part ordered. The lead time on the part was very short, particularly as the fridge/ freezer is so old, and the part was fitted and the unit running like new on the second visit. Good prices and great service!

NAC managed to get be an appointment within 1 week for my fridge freezer that had become faulty. They rang me the morning of my appointment to confirm a time slot and then called again 1 hour before arrival which was great. Danny was very informative of what the issues could have been and what we could do to resolve the issue. Would highly reccommend.
