James (the engineer) was very good.

Our American Freezer decided to stop making ice. Nowadays it seems rather difficult to get on site electrical appliance repairs. Finally I found NAC who were very straightforward and sensible. The engineer attended within the given timeframe , he was friendly and efficient. The fault was resolved by not only replacing a part but by making an additional “tweak” to prevent the fault from reoccurring . I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.

Turned up within time frame given could have had the fridge freezer repaired would have been quite costly so decided to get a new one altogether many thanks to the engineer for all his help and advice.

Technician arrived on time and was able to reprogram the machine quickly. I would use the service again. Call-out charge rather high but no extra charge involved.
