The engineer came. Diagnosed a problem and went away to order a part. He contacted me later with price, I told him to order it.

My gas oven developed a problem, but not many appliance repair companies include gas ovens. NAC does. The call receptionist was patient and efficient, an e mail confirming the arrangements was immediate ,containing all the information I would need . A text was received the evening before the appointment giving a time slot. Shortly before his arrival I had a text advising that he was on his way. The young man,Danny Collins ,was professional , polite, very thorough, and advised what I should do if the circumstance should arise again. I have no hesitation in recommending NAC for speed and efficiency.

Company was great , phoned us immediately on the Monday morning. Came when they said they would . Courteous , helpful and repaired my washing machine. Fantastic service . Thank you

Took a couple days but it was the correct part and my oven is now fixed ready for Xmas.

I was expecting my fridge freezer was going to need a new compressor but Danny the engineer quickly discovered the fan was frozen. Once he had used his steamer to defrost it and reconnected the drain hose which had caused the issue everything was good. All fixed in no time and no mess. Very Happy and will use this company again
