Our fan oven heating element failed over the holidays and we called NAC afterwards to repair it. They came within a couple of days and having checked for the correct element fitted a new one a day later so very satisfied with the response. The technician kept us informed on progress by text and was very tidy.

Contacted NAC the day after new year and was surprised they were able to get an engineer out the following day to look at a faulty washer dryer. He quickly diagnosed the fault, and within an hour of him leaving I received confirmation that the part was on order. As soon as it arrived NAC booked me another appointment for fitting. The whole process took just a week. So impressed with the way the company kept me up to date with texts and emails throughout the process. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, thanks for a 5* service from start to finish.

The man who came to repair my cooker was prompt apprised me first thing in the morning what time he would be at my home. he was extremely polite and very quick to find the falt and repair and didnt over charge for the parts to fix the cooker
