The nice NAC repairman came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that parts were needed. Once these were available, he fitted them and demonstrated that the machine could go back to work!

I was beginning to despair that anyone would come out to fix my faulty integrated tumble dryer and purchasing a replacement with the specific dimensions was time consuming, frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. One call to the friendly customer service team at NAC and an engineer was with me the next day, and tumble dryer now repaired and working fine. I would not hesitate to recommend NAC and they will be my go-to for appliance repair in the future.
