My second time using NAC and both times have been positive experiences. The engineer arrived exactly on time and with plenty of communication prior to arriving but not too much so as to bombard. The engineer conducted a brief inspection and diagnosed the issue. In this case the dishwasher was over 20 years old, with limited parts available and there was no guarantee the suggested fix would be the final solution.
The engineer could have used this as an opportunity to upsell but instead gave his honest opinion that it was time for a new machine. He then gave helpful recommendations for us to buy a new one.
Quick diagnosis, very professional (i didn’t expect it to be fixable tbh) at a fair cost and came back promptly like they said they would to fit the part once it arrived to them. No mess, no fuss and very personable polite blokes. Thankyou for a lovely service-I’m about to test the oven out!

Aj was quick, professional and thorough. My washing machine was leaking, Aj quickly diagnosed the fault, a worn out hose, ordered and replaced in under a week. When testing the machine was working properly he noticed a slipped door seal and fixed that too.
