Called NAC after the fridge in our holiday home stopped working. Becky who I spoke to arranged for James the engineer to visit the next day. She told me how much the visit would cost and a time slot for James to call.
James turned up on time and after thoroughly testing the fridge the gas was gone, as it was Freon we had to get a new Fridge. James told us where to source one in Devon local to us and the type we needed. Really pleased with the service we had and will use the company again. First Class.

NAC deserve this rating as my experience with them from beginning to end was faultless. At first I thought the call out charge, for a repair to my dishwasher, was rather a lot but now feel it was well worth it. The engineer, James, explained everything to me in simple terms. He was punctual, polite and completed a very clean job. I would recommend the company to family and friends.

Sadly not able to repair a fridge master fridge freezer where compressor went less than two years into purchase but Nick was a very friendly and helpful engineer with good advice I would use NAC again
