I had already diagnosed what the problem was myself as the dishwasher door was not closing properly. The engineer realigned the door catch very quickly and solved the problem. It took about the same time for me to part with £99 for his troubles!

Right at the start from bringing the car in the young lady on the desk was very kind telling me what was going to happen and asked if i wanted a coffee or tea. I spoke to Matthew while i waited and he put me right about what i need to do with my car. My car was ready to take away and again the young lad taljed me through about my M O T i came away a very happy lady thank you so much Kia.
The engineer, although running late, which wasn’t his fault, was polite, friendly and fixed the problem very quickly.

Clear, quick, and affordable. I called on Thursday and an appointment was made for the next day to fix my oven. I was told the fee for callout and labour was £75, and parts would be on top of that, depending on the problem. I was put in direct contact with the engineer so we could agree on a time which suited me. He checked for the problem, got the part from his van and fixed it then and there. All fixed within the hour (maybe even 30 mins?), and payment was taken by card.
I waited for such a long time to get the oven fixed but it turned out to be so simple without breaking the bank! Should’ve done it earlier! Have recommended NAC to a few colleagues.
The engineer made contact in advance of his visit to help me sort out my dogs. The repair was sorted in a very professional manner.
