Technician arrived within 2 days of my calling NAC, diagnosed the problem (timescale damage over a decade), temporarily got the dishwasher running again and sorted out replacement parts to do a permanent repair. He returned a week or so later, fitted the new parts and made sure the machine was working. A pricey repair relative to the cost of replacing the machine but fine if it works for another 10 years!
Upfront on cost,honest about realistic date for visit and engineer turned up bang on time and fixed problem quickly .He was very friendly and knowledgable

A great experience from the beginning to the end. The NAC receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our service appointment was quickly organised for the next day. The service engineer, Richard, rang us later on the same day to give us a time window for the next day. Richard arrived at the expected time and as this was an intermittent fault in our dishwasher, he tested out a range of possible reasons. He was patient and thorough. I would certainly recommend this company and the service engineer in particular. Thanks again!
