I want to thank your company & Christopher of course, for your honest appraisal of my fridge/freezer on 25 January. It no longer worked & I was advised that buying a new one was recommended because a replacement compressor would be costly & a warranty could not be guaranteed. Very honest. I did buy a new fr/fr.

This was our first time using NAC. Unfortunately on this occasion it was not possible for the machine to be repaired. The drum had totally collapsed, whereas we had assumed that it just required the bearings to be replaced. However we were very impressed by your engineer who arrived promptly, was very pleasant and helpful and fully explained the problem. It was obvious that we required a new machine and so he asked your office to forward details of new machines which NAC had available. We would definitely use this company again.
