The engineer who came to my home was prompt and polite. He worked very quickly to diagnosis where the problem was, it was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He worked quickly but efficiently. Within 35 minutes of arriving he was testing the machine to make sure it was working, he then cleared his tools away. Within 3 minutes I had my machine to catch up on my washing no need to clean up as he worked cleanly and cleaned up himself what little water escaped after having to empty a full washing machine. Thrilled that it was a small item left in my pocket that escaped and caused the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend NAC

Excellent Mo kept in touch and was there on time.
He sorted the problem on the dish washer and although it is old he was sure it would run for a couple of years and we did not suggest we need a new one.
I have keep his number and would happily pass his details to friends.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. NAC put me in contact with a repair fitter who arrived that afternoon, assessed the problem, ordered the new oven door front glass. The replacement glass arrived next day the door was repaired and fitted to the oven 3 days later.

Friendly technician arrived on time, gave good advice . I will definitely use this service again if I have any problems with appliances.
