My dishwasher broke. Found NAC online, and set up an appointment on their website, for 2 days hence. No hassle. Paid up front. Easy. They follow-up through a text to keep me informed. Repairman called me on the day, and arrived on time, Promptly did the repair, was courteous and professional. When he left, my dishwasher worked again. Would use again.
Unfortunately my fridge/freezer was beyond repair. I was told that if the initial effort to repair was unsuccessful that I should not spend more money trying to fix the problem – I very much appreciated the swift diagnosis and honesty.

Absolutely delighted with recent repair to Dishwasher from start to finish. It was a bit tricky as Engineer couldn’t remove the machine to fit the new part. However he managed to do so by lying on the floor on his stomach to remove faulty part and refit new part
Now working as good as new.
