Excellent communication , prompt service to diagnose the problem , order new part and return visit to fit the part. Implanting the new art was overseen by a very experienced senior craftsman . The repair was carried out within 45 minutes and the work space was neat and tidy at completion of job. The company kept me informed of their arrangements throughout the job. 10/10.
