Engineer was very polite gave the dish washer a thorough service sorted the fault with the Lomona dish washer pleased with outcome
No hidden charges ( only extra is cost of replacement parts) no matter how long or how many visits it takes to repair your item the cost is the same. I was kept up to date with visit, engineer arrived at the time promised, Job completed with no bother and a pleasant engineer.

Used NAC when a local guy cancelled hours before they were supposed to turn up. NAC showed up, on time the day after I called them. Although a wasted journey because I was an idiot and didn’t check the issue before they turned up, they still have me advise on what the issue was and how to fix it myself in future, along with helping with some of my other broken appliances. Expensive advise as I still paid the callout charge but ultimately that’s my fault. I cannot fault the service provided 5 stars

Very prompt, courteous and professional service. The engineer was really good and despite the problem being really rare he diagnosed and solved it with one visit. Could not ask for more.
