Same day call out got here within a few hours…explained what was going on unfortunately my fridge freezer couldn’t be repaired but the engineer recommend some that was a huge help very professional I recommend this company I will use again

The survey was quick, problem identified and parts ordered. Visits were scheduled quickly, and the repair was equally swift.
The engineer was thorough. Although the fault cleared while he was testing the appliance it has continued to work. He said that it could be due to a loose connection.
A great company with a great engineer, the whole process from booking to the arrival of the engineer was seamless, we were kept informed at regular intervals on the progress of the repair booking.
The engineer was professional and very efficient and in next to no time he had our oven out and on his work bench diagnosing the problem. He was very pleasant and informative on what he was doing.
