Engineer turned up on time when he said he would. He was polite and showed me what was wrong with my machine as he found the problem. He has had to order a part so will be coming back. He told me costs before ordering.

First time using this company. AJ came to say he was able to fix the problem and was waiting on the part arriving. He kept in contact with me by message. The next day he came to repair the oven and grill. He cleaned up after himself and was a totally pleasant and polite guy. They are both working. Would highly recommend.

Paul came to look at my washing machine which disappointingly was diagnosed as unrepairable. He was courteous and tidy and very knowledgeable. He recommended a supplier which was helpful. He also suggested getting the same make and model and explained why it was best.
There was no pressure but I valued his input.
