Richard was really helpful, rang and helped me get an appointment sooner. Really helpful advice with my washing machine.

Wayne was very polite and new what was wrong with our cooker within a few minutes. He had a spare locking mechanism in his vehicle and changed the broken one within 20 minutes. He also changed the light bulb.
We thought he was a very pleasant and efficient person. It was also good to have spare parts in the vehicle rather than go and get them from a retailer and come back another day.
We were very pleased.

The engineer was very pleasant & curteous, although he could not find a fault, it was a positive experience.
My oven had tripped twice, but was working perfectly when he tested everything.
