Our fridge freezer was just out of warranty, I called Samsung who wanted more money and could only send someone out a week later but because at this point the door alarm had been going off for 24hours I was quickly loosing patience. I called NAC and within an hour a lovely engineer called Danny was at our front door! Straight away he knew what the issue was and he was able to fix it there and then. He was £20 cheaper and at our house so quickly. I would highly recommend this company from the initial call to the lovely lady over the phone that showed so much empathy for our situation to the polite and fast response, I couldn’t say a bad word from my experiences and if there’s a next time, I’ll be calling them directly!

My engineer was very nice and polite and did his job well. The girls/ladiesthat answered my calls were also very nice and polite my only downside was the wait for the part to come in from Miele, I have an expensive washing machine and to wait 10 days for it to be fixed isn’t right, the bad bit to the story is the wait for it to be done .

Chris the engineer turned up just after 9 a.m. (the time slot was between 9 & 1) He was friendly, polite & very knowledgable. He asked me about the problem with the dishwasher & seemed to have a good idea of the cause straightaway. I left him to strip the dishwasher & get on with the diagnosis, as he thought it was a seal on a valve which had perished. He had one on his van which he installed, refit to the machine & ran it with the panels off to check all ok. Rebuilt the machine & repositioned it in its loction. All done in around an hour, excellent service & at a reasonable cost.

Excellent service throughout from our initial enquiry to the diagnostic repair of our freezer. No hidden costs & friendly, professional engineers who we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Really quick service from NAC repair. They had available engineer appointments when it suited us and the engineer who arrived was really professional.
The part that was ordered only took a few days and the engineer was back to fit it straight away

If I could award NAC 10 stars I would do. OMG this was the best and quickest repair I’ve ever had. The NAC team treated me with respect and continued on with my repair even though I unfortunately didn’t have the funds like I thought I had to make my payment. I had to wait for a part for my appliance and when it arrived I was informed and the engineer came out did the job in record time and instead of having to pay on the spot I was sent an invoice which was allowing me to pay in 30 days. It meant a lot to me, for a company to have so much faith in me, I paid the invoice that day. I was so grateful that they trusted me and the engineers were first class and friendly. I love you NAC and I shall promote you whenever I can. Thank you for trusting me. I THANK YOU AND PROMISE TO USE NAC AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN ❤️

The problem with my oven was very efficiently handled. I was kept informed when the engineer would be here. He was very punctual and the fault was quickly resolved. I was very impressed with the whole arrangement.

Good advice

Engineer was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our range cooker and had the parts needed to carry out the repair straight away. The price was reasonable especially compared to the price of a new range cooker. Will happily use NAC repairs again and recommend them.

Answered all my questions.
Left everything clean & tidy.
A credit to the company.
