I set up my appointment online, to my own convenience and the engineer turned up when advised.
Although he couldn’t fix it there and then, he explained 2 options to me.
Then I received an email also detailing this and giving me a link to order the part needed, the part was sent to the company and then they arranged another time to come back and fit it!
It was all very very simple and easy – thank you very much for your simplicity!
Everything is made very complicated these days but not your company – I would HIGHLY recommend.

Very professional company, Nick came out to repair our Conversation Oven, after testing he found that it required a new element, the element was ordered and he returned a week later to fit and complete the repair.

We are very grateful to worker (Ross?) who came to fix out washing machine. Not only did he replace the door seal, but he told us about an electrical safety problem in the whole of our house which we wouldn’t have know about otherwise. He said we needed an electrician. I called the electrician and he was right. The problem is all fixed now, but we are very thankful we found out and got it sorted before there were any accidents.

Friendly and efficient

First time I’d used NAC repair having found them on Google and can’t rate them highly enough! Fantastic service from start to finish – booked via their website for the engineer to come out to fix my tumble drier – the engineer arrived within the booked time slot and I was kept up-to-date beforehand via text so I knew the time slot. Polite and professional engineer identified the problem quickly and returned once the part had been ordered and arrived (about a week later). Again I was kept updated via text as to when the engineer would be out. Efficient service and good value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!
