The engineer contacted me a few minutes after the booking to gather information on the fault. He advised me on the part he felt would be needed and the cost. This was to save him from potentially having to come out again. Meaning my wife or I having to get time off work.
Job was carried out at the time and date.

The engineer was punctual and efficient. He sorted out the problem with our washing machine and gave it a thorough check over. NAC charge a flat fee for the work, regardless of how long it takes, so there are no surprises. We were very impressed and will use them again if we have any other appliance problems. I wish we’d known about them sooner.

Repair guy – Barry – turned up on time and was very friendly and polite. He advised that the washing machine already installed at our new house would be expensive/ difficult to repair due to its age.
However – and much to our delight – he managed to install the virtually new washing machine we’d brought from our old house and which had been languishing in the garage: we thought we’d have to sell it due to the constraints of the integrated fitted kitchen.
A much better outcome than we’d expected!
