First time using NAC and would definitely do so again. Kept informed by email and text about time of visit. James the engineer very helpful in explaining how I could still use my oven on different settings. Once part obtained, it was fitted promptly.
Excellent communication by the engineer who was extremely polite and efficient in carrying out the repairs which were organised so well.

The team were very attentive and made me feel like my mini emergency was a priority for them. The engineer was very honest and knowledgeable.
Engineer (Paul) arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part required and booked another day to fit the part.

Phoned NAC as oven was not heating up. Engineer Plamen arrived next day, as arranged, and carried out repair. Brilliant service. Will certainly use again.
Discovered the problem was not the oven but the cooker wall socket. All working now.
AJ kept us informed when he would be arriving. Had a little problem after the repair came back and fixed it. All in all a job well done.
Easy to book an appointment for following day, Engineer arrived on time , very pleasant, fixed problem ( a small leak on a washing machine) properly and quickly, left everything tidy and clean.

Washing machine broke down on Tuesday evening, called NAC on Wednesday morning, engineer attended my property on Thursday morning the following day at 10.45am (Called me to say he was on his way) he replaced the faulty part and machine started working fine by 11.30am.
Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
