Engineer came on time ,after ringing to say he was on his way. Very polite and did the job promptly after confirming the cost with us first.

The appointment was made for the repair man who kept us informed of the arrival time. Turned up on time and replaced the dodgy oven fan in no time. Will use NAC again when needed.

J&H Leeds serviced my 24 yo Britannia dual fuel range. Intelligent, thoughtful engineer went out of his way to answer all my questions and do nonstandard tests to allay my fears of off gassing. Made adjustments to the hob that I didn’t know were needed. Really nice guy. Very good service.
