The engineer, Christopher, came on time, and worked extra hard to repair our washing machine and provide us with answers to all our questions.

Apart from the fact that it took a couple of weeks for the spare part to arrive from the suppliers (which wasn’t the fault of NAC I suppose), we were very pleased that our engineer, Alex was able to attend yesterday and fit the new part to our top Neff oven/grill. He came at around the time he advised, and didn’t take very long to fit the part.
Easy to book, got an appointment only 2 working days after calling (just before the Bank Holiday!) even though I wasn’t in a hurry. The engineer kept me informed of their ETA on the day, dealt with the problem (detached washing machine belt) quickly, cheerfully and to the original price quoted, and gave advice on preventing recurrence of the problem. I would definitely use them again.
They came when they said they would! The engineer was knowledgeable and carried out the repair within the call out fee.
The tenant reported, “the employee that came out each time was great too, really friendly and got everything sorted”
