The repair guy was very punctual, polite and seemed to identify the issue very quickly. Am now waiting for him to return to complete the repair, once the parts are in stock, due this week.
Able to book the repair easily with on line or telephone. Kept well informed of the engineer’s arrival. Knew in advance how much it would cost. Engineer kept me updated on his progress to hit the repair slot.
