Excellent service, communication and rapid replacement of parts
It was the first time I’d used NAC. Booking online was very easy, communication up to arrival was excellent. The engineer was very friendly and efficient and my fridge-freezer is now very happy. Excellent service all round.
John arrived to fix our cooker hood. It was probably a two man job at least. He worked diligently to disassemble the hood eliminating obvious problems as he progressed. Eventually the whole hood was in pieces. He isolated the problem fixed it and (with help from my wife and I) reassembled the hood and reinstalled it.
To be honest I was amazed and had convinced myself we would end up having to shell out for a new hood.
A very nice guy, extremely hard working and an expert at his job.
James was friendly and meticulous.
