Easy to book with very friendly lady over the phone. Offered a same day appointment and was given a time slot and then the engineer phoned half an hour before arrival time. He had a clean sign written van and was dressed in a uniform with a nest tool bag. He introduced himself and got straight to work. Left everything as he found it.

I agreed to repair and he advised estimated time to delivery and call back.My fridge/freezer had also packed between phoning engineer and his arrival to fit the part.He examined it free of charge,diagnosed the problem and advised that the repair would be too expensive and suggested that a new fridge was definately best option.
