Superb no hidden agenda, came out said what the problem was, said how much it would be to fix it and did so as soon as the part arrived. Definitely recommend.
A lovely chap called round, he n time and fixed the issue as per charges agreed. Explained everything up front and took me through what he had done to fix my issue. Great chap called nick Hutchinson, very knowledgeable 👍🏻

It was so easy!! I rang and discussed the fault and was advised that an engineer would be with us the next day and he was!! He arrived when he say he would and after thoroughly examining our washing machine we all agreed that it wasn’t financially viable to have it fixed. Although we had to pay the call out fee at least we now knew what was wrong with it.
We would definitely use NAC again in the future as their service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

From the moment I called NAC customer service listened to what I said and listened to the fridge/freezer noise down the phone. The engineer was great, he kept me in the loop even though the part was delivered late due to transit issues. All working, fingers crossed that all is well for many years to come.
