Booking was easy even for an old man Chris and his trainee were smart and had company tee shirts and trousers which added to their professional appearance they were very friendly and polite. My washing machine had problems. I thought of buying a new one but thought of looking at repair companies.
NAC was the first to appear, I looked at the reviews which were very good. I can confirm this. Very professional from start to finish. Appointment booked, text the evening before with time slot, I confirmed this immediately a text thanking me. Next morning a text telling me the engineer would be with me shortly. The engineer came, quickly sorted the faults and repaired them. He was polite and friendly and completely competent. I cannot praise this company enough and would happily recommend them to anyone needing an electrical appliance repaired.
