I could not believe that the repair engineer came within 24 hours of my request. He worked like a trojan and at first could not understand why my dishwasher was not not draining properly. All the parts were working properly. After stripping the dishwasher down twice he eventually discovered the cause of the blockage. So good job. Also liked the fixed call out fee – no surprises!

Good/fast communication with the engineer shortly after inputting my job request, he texted me within 24 hours to say he would be in my area next working day, job done (door seal) within 30 minutes, provided a hand written bill, what more could I ask!
Phoned up and agreed that the engineer was available next day. Arrived on time and assessed problem explained what was wrong and fixed it with the advice that if it happened again it might be better to consider a new one as it may keep happening

Office staff and engineer were friendly, helpful and efficient. Cost of repair was significantly less than if it had been arranged through the appliance manufacturer. Engineer’s visit was three working days after initial call – also quicker than manufacturer could offer.
