Vicky was very helpful and understood that the online booking wasn’t flexible enough for me to book an appointment there. Speaking in person meant I could say I had time restrictions to consider and also I could request a call back if you have any cancellations. She checked information so she could be more accurate with my booking and that was reassuring. Very flexible and knowledgeable.
