Very friendly & efficient service. The lady who answered my call listened to my queries and the offered me an appointment with an engineer the following morning. He introduced himself by SMS & kept me posted the next day as to his ETA. Dan was polite & professional & tidy & had the problem sorted swiftly, offering me good advice of how to prevent further problems. I will definitely use NAC again & would highly recommend to anyone.
