A very easy process to book in job and offered an excellent response time. A knowledgeable technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the fault on the appliance was beyond economic repair. I would definitely use them again.

Electrician was prompt, polite and respectful of property, diagnosed problem quickly, fixed appliance, and came back a few days later with a light that had to be ordered.

The engineer was very efficient and arrived on time on both occasions (second time after parts arrived). Worked efficiently and no mess. Explained the problem clearly and identified the fault and got correct parts ordered. Very pleased with service and would use again. Price was cheaper than other companies. Best of all the engineer arrived as planned and we were informed he was on his way.
Excellent service. Booked repair, engineer contacted us and time arranged, turned up on time. Parts needed and aquired, returned and repaired Miele dishwasher. (It should be pointed out that Miele booked but never turned up AND still wanted to charge £170). NAC was cheaper and actually arrived. Very pleasant and tidy engineer who knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend and cheaper than Miele.
