The engineer came at the time slot that we were given; he was friendly, experienced and really tried hard to give us good service.
It was great to speak to a helpful person in the office. We explained that we were worried about condition of the food as the deep freeze was not working. Engineer arrived at 8.00 the next morning. Very pleasant, efficient and quick. The problem was sorted straight away. We have nothing but praise for the service.
