From my first phone call to the engineer calling was all very efficient. Everything was explained fully and in terms that was easily understood. Unfortunately the appliance could not be repaired.

Quick response (next day) and quick diagnosis. Parts took two days to arrive and were fitted quickly and promptly. Did a good job. Not sure if price was a bit high, probably not.
