Engineer kept us updated on ETA, friendly and professional when arrived especially as he didn’t get here til gone 7pm so must’ve had a long day. Put a temporary fix on the oven whilst we wait for a part which was great as it’s Easter weekend!
It was easy to book by telephone and the appointment was made for the next day. It was confirmed by email. The engineer arrived on time and was able to fix the problem promptly. He gave every impression of being an expert in his field. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

Great company with good communication, easy to book a repair and attended quickly, very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer although he couldn’t fix the problem tried to his best to get the part but obsolete so new appliance needed, totally recommend.
