Everything made it great! Prompt visit to find the problem on my 10 year old dishwasher then the new part ordered and fitted within a few days. The price quoted is the price you pay and Nathan the engineer was courteous, knowledgeable and arrived at the time he said. Will definitely be my go-to company to use from now on.

The process ( I gave them a call, but could have arranged online) was very easy, had someone check out the oven the following day, repair carried out a few days later when parts were delivered. All very efficient, prices were transparent and reasonable, very happy with the service.
