My call was answered promptly and politely. An engineer came the next day within the allotted time slot. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, explaining what caused the error message. No parts were required, so the price quoted on the phone was the amount due. I paid by card and was very happy with the service.

A clear quote was given online before booking the repair. The engineer rang within minutes to arrange a time for the next morning. David was punctual, friendly and completed the job whilst explaining what he was doing and gave helpful advice to avoid further issues in future. He also checked a couple of other things that needed attention and advised on any costs for parts. He even mentioned easy things we could do ourselves.
All over and done with in around half an hour and no mess. Dishwasher now back functioning as normal.

Such a fast and efficient service, called mid morning regarding my washing machine, by 6pm washing machine was fixed, engineer Ian was fab such a nice gentleman. Will definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend.
