Faisal from the Slough area was great. Quickly identified the fault and was willing to respond to my questions and whether it was worth purchasing 2nd hand parts. Repair was done professionally and he even offered to wipe down after. I would thoroughly recommend Faisal and NAC after my first experience with them!

The booking service was quick and efficient (unlike many other engineering services I hired in the past) which is truly what matter the most to me. The engineer that fixed my washing machine was very professional and fixed our issue very quickly for us. Very happy with the quick service we received. Didn’t have to wait ages for an engineer to come out. He came within 3days of us booking an appointment.
Our problem was resolved on the day, there was no need for any parts to be ordered, and there no need for an engineer to return. Just had to keep an eye on our appliance for 24 hours.
Still in working order. Very happy and will use NAC again.
