Quick and efficient service. Engineer diagnosed the problem and had the required spare parts in his van so was able to complete the repair in 1 visit.

Initial call was easy and all was explained. We then received contact from the engineer who confirmed appointment and kept in touch with us throughout until his arrival. All sorted in record time.

An engineer came to fix my dishwasher as the blades were not spinning. Fixed it for the agreed price without needing and new parts. It was easy to book an appointment on the day when I was off and the engineer rang 10 mins before arriving. Overall great service and value for money.

Speedy response time. We had a poorly dishwasher. Michael came, diagnosed, ordered parts, returned and stayed until the problems were fixed. He was cheerful, friendly and professional. A great all round job. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you, no more fairy for us!

Our 10 year old washing machine has stopped functioning. Arranged an appointment for the following day using the online appointment service. The appointment was quickly confirmed and our engineer got in touch via text to confirm attendance. He arrived within the allotted time and was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick, efficient and friendly and got the machine working again in no time for a fraction of the cost of a replacement machine. Highly recommended
