Their communication was excellent and their service engineer was helpful, pleasant and polite. They were also amazingly honest, they said they could fix it but wouldn’t recommend it as the cost was far more than a new machine. Very impressed

Very quick response and appointment booked, no hidden charges, engineer arrived prompt had all ID on display. Very nice fella chatty and friendly, didn’t have to hover around him just let him crack on with the job.
Showed me the problem and explained next stage,again quick call,texts and emails with price and appointment time/date.
Same engineer came back 40 minutes later tumble dryer working better than before.

Great Service. Washing machine door seal was shredded so no diagnosis needed. Engineer was in touch as promised and promptly ordered replacement part offering a choice of a generic or branded component. Engineer, Daniel kept in touch and advised on ETA on the day of repair. The repair was carried out efficiently with washer tested out after fitting. Would highly recommend this service.
