When my oven broke down I had great difficulty in finding a local company to help me. I saw an advert for NAC and wondered if I would be wise to opt for what looked like a very large national concern with head offices hundreds of miles away. Would they care about a little old lady on the south coast who couldn’t heat her dinners? Well, I need not have worried, NAC came up with the goods in the form of capable Nick, who diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and got my elderly Bosch up and cooking!
