Calum was great. Fixed the washing machine and explained all that was being done.

Excellent response from NAC, friendly office staff and a fantastic engineer, Jon Berry who was friendly, courteous and very efficient with the repair work.
I have no hesitation in recommending NAC.

Absolutely brilliant service from NAC and their engineer Darren.

The fault on my American style fridge freezer was identified quickly on Darren’s first visit and the part ordered. The lead time on the part was very short, particularly as the fridge/ freezer is so old, and the part was fitted and the unit running like new on the second visit. Good prices and great service!

NAC managed to get be an appointment within 1 week for my fridge freezer that had become faulty. They rang me the morning of my appointment to confirm a time slot and then called again 1 hour before arrival which was great. Danny was very informative of what the issues could have been and what we could do to resolve the issue. Would highly reccommend.

Excellent service and very prompt

I found the whole procedure was excellent. From the booking of an engineer to the actual repair. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was thoroughly tested before handing back to me. Thank you, I will definitely use NAC next time I need an appliance repaired.

Such a relieve to know you can count on them very quickly. The engineer came the following day of my request and sorted out the washing machine. Would really recommend.
