Ashley was on time and very helpful in trying to repair my Dishwasher. Neat and tidy worker. Sadly the dishwasher could not be repaired as the replacement part was obsolete. However both NAC and Ashley were helpful, efficient, in both working practices and keeping me informed of what was happening. The pricing system was transparent and fair.

The engineer was prompt and friendly, and got our cooker hood working again despite it being unbranded, donkey’s years old, and with components which were difficult to access. A great job, and we are delighted with the result. We would definitely, use NAC again if another of our major appliances fails.

Excellent service. Andrew, the repair man plus a trainee arrived early in the time slot and were very helpful and friendly. They’d encountered my washing machine issue before and quickly and efficiently sorted it out for me. I was expecting the 9 year old machine to be written off so was very pleased that the machine is fine and just cost me the call out. I paid by card when they’d finished. No problems.
