What a truly excellent service. From my initial phone call, which was answered promptly and courteously at 8.30 a.m. to the repair completed on our dishwasher.
The engineer, Jordan, rang a few times to update us on timing. His approach was first class: pleasant and friendly and we immediately felt reassured that he was completely competent. Our Bosch dishwasher is perfect, thank you so much.

The engineer told me what the problem with my appliance was, told me what I needed to do to make my appliance accessible (which needed a kitchen installer’s experience), explained fully about the options on paying for the parts and then returned very quickly to do the repair. And all with a smile.
