Excellent service throughout. Kept up to date with appointment times. Engineer was very thorough and informed us throughout of the problem.Would use again and recommend.
Only downside the problem was not repairable but that was not the engineers fault.

Booking the appointment was easy, communication was good snd Nick (engineer) was great: patient, professional and friendly. If I had one negative comment – and I don’t blame Nick – was that he was very late. Primarily, I think because he had too many appointments booked over too wider an area
Booked on a Friday(10th). Was told that the replacement part was not available and would be there the following week. Was called on Monday and told that the part was ordered but was not sure when it would be delivered. Arrived to replace on Friday (17th) at the time that was stated. left everything tidy

Technician was on time and had the oven up and running in short order. Can’t beat the service for ease of booking and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
